I have a lot of contacts.. close to a 1000.
Never saw so many leave in such a short span.
All top people.. directors, Senior mgrs, and a few asic folks.
Atlanta, Phoenix, florida.

When leaders start leaving it often means a shakeup higher up is already on its way and they're getting out before it hits.
It could also just be that the job market is really good now
It is not the number of people leaving..
It is who is leaving/retiring
Not to mention the large number I have noticed that pulled the switch on "retire in place" and went from contributing to coasting.
Just no energy here

Seems like attrition is very high based on how many people I’m seeing leave too. I imagine there will be a lot after the 401k payout.
Yes I think UOP HR sees the writing on the wall what Hon is doing to the once Great UOP it was so they dont stick around. Again been nice if UOP can be on its own but not anymore HON sucked too much out of it very SAD.
Go figure when everyone in UOP HR is gone in the past 6 months.
If it is Sr. Managers & directors are leaving, then Honeywell will be OK.
I wonder if all maybe leaving do to the training stuff they pushing. All the different networks (notice one group missing all human kind :) hum seems like CRT in a quiet way ???

General restlessness is my diagnosis.
Culture is changing for sure.. everyone reconsidering what matters and how much they are worth.
