I see that a lot of people here are worried that their colleagues are leaving. WHY? What do people care about what will happen to a company that values its employees very little or not at all?
I don't care that people are leaving. The only thing that interests me is when I will get a better offer somewhere else. How many people leave is not my problem.

Maybe you don't care now but you will care when their work gets thrown on your lap.
I care because these people are friends. They can leave this city and I can not.
My site has become a boring, lonely, tedium of the same stuff being repackaged since my father worked here. Now I stay here to take care of him.

They will make it your problem… like when boss man comes comes by and says… you are gonna be doing three peoples job now.
This begs the question, are you actually looking for another job? Would you leave for a monetarily equivalent job on the chance that the culture might be better? Be sure to take stock of your skills outside of your current role and apply for a variety of roles...you may be surprised!
Most of them are moving on to a better place.
