Full Time status is determined based on your hire date and weekly average. If you were hired BEFORE Sept 1, 1979 the number of hours to qualify for Full Time status is 20 hours.
If you were hired BEFORE Jan 1, 2002 the number of hours to qualify for Full Time status is 28 hours.
And for those hired on Jan 1, 2002 FORWARD, the number of hours to qualify for Full Time status is 34 hours.
33 year associate wanting to cut hours to 28 hours and keep full time benefits.
New management say everybody is now at 34 hour to keep my full time benefits.
Does any long term associate know where to find the information on the computer that says the policy is still 28 hour for my length of time working??
