According to the "Ask the Doctors" call, 1500 exemption requests have been submitted. Notifications will start coming out Friday or Monday with a good number of notifications by Thanksgiving and all complete by Dec 8. Also, regardless if the mandates are ultimately determined to be unconstitutional or not, Honeywell plans to still enforce vaccination. Suggest you go listen to the Nov 17 replay of the call. They will probably tell you on Dec 8th, whether you stay or go. Probably taking the time to see who can do your duties. Those they need, they keep, the others get RIF with no severance. Pretty sad TDH.
Look at the raw death rates for 2019, pre COVID. Look at death rates for 2020, COVID with no Vaccinations.

Waste of time. Believing that the White House would risk the fallout from forcing even 2 percent of critical military and infrastructure workforce onto unemployment is misguided. With a shrinking workforce it is political death to double down.
They will threaten and push all the while expecting the courts to block it. They just need to wait long enough for more people to get a vaccine and then will declare victory and be magnanimous in their lifting of the “unnecessary regulation”. This is being discussed with business leaders who pushed for this mandate in the first place.
These people are manipulative for a living. It has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with control and giving perception of action. They are baiting the other side to provide a topic of blame for when the next wave hits as the vaccines wear off just in time for holidays. If it was about public safety they would be pushing booster hard right now for everyone.

My new company just approved anyone who wanted an exemption. So it was never a big deal. Honeywell has a power trip complex.
Myself and a couple other's received an additional four more pages of questions after submitting religious exemption.
I received an email on 11/2/2021 after the deadline
Have you heard anything back? I submitted mine over 3 weeks ago and haven’t been contacted at all. No additional questions, nothing.
