For someone who has been loyal to this company for a decade plus, what job search engines work in terms of being found by recruiters and employers? Do employers proactively seek out candidates, or do they refer jobs out to recruiters?
I often get contacted by recruiters with foreign sounding names and companies for the same jobs that are rarely on point. I do have my info on LI, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Glassdoor, deleted Monster and others, but have active job searching turned off and do not keep those sites current. What should I focus on?
What about local recruiters vs national? How do you find remote?
