I hope they will offer some new benefits, because if not, I'm afraid that more and more people will be quitting. Given that other companies are starting to offer better conditions, it won't make much sense to stay here. Unless the leadership finally wakes up they will have working here only a bunch of mediocre people who don't know what they're doing.

maybe try to go somewhere and compare your current Intel's offer with other companies. You are underpaid my friend!
Intel is already a closed village for management wives, cousins and fellow castes. No attempt will be made to retain actual engineers.
