That's about the only positive thing I can think of when it comes to EM right now. If you can think of more, please let me know.

Not debatable. EM has a reputation for employing the best . Things might have changed lately but if you've been with the company for more than a few years, then having it on your CV is a major plus.
Looks good on a CV? Eh, debatable.
It looks good if you are looking for a job in a company that is also terrible.
