If you can find another job, you should leave (which I'll do). If you choose to stay or cannot leave for whatever reason, just accept what is offered (whether it's meat or bone). In either case, you shouldn't bother speculating your salary increase because that's just pathetic.

@fkh+1dVGBc7r I wish I did not have to say this but I have seen it before…… there is a good chance your supervisor is lying (misrepresenting) your ranking to you.
dip out asap
@fkh+1dVGBc7r - if you are consistently outstanding, it is strange that you stay in CL25 for 5 years...people who is in outstanding group will be promoted within 2-3 years to the next level...especially if you are early in your career (you know your potential is tied to your age)...unless you are in your 40s, then I can understand why you stay in CL 25 for 5 years...
I’ve consistently been outstanding or top quint and been stuck at a CL25 for 5 years now. Unless I get close to 20%, I’m cashing in vacation in Jan and moving on

Another whiner from mama’s spare bedroom posting. 🥸
please don't always think about money as it is only a short term drive...instead please think medium and long term on what you really want or things that will make you happy...sometimes it is worth it to trade in at the beginning but your career will be more fulfilling later...for me, the main drive is that I don't believe that the toxic working culture will disappear soon even they will give salary increase in 22..company knows that they need to slow down the attrition and this will give them times to prepare..otherwise who will do the job? managers are not going to make their hand dirty...they only know how to go to alignment meeting and blah blah blah....
Outta here as soon as we’re in 2022. They couldn’t give me a salary increase big enough to stay aboard this sinking ship.
Are you leaving before or after your PIP is completed?
good luck finding that job
