Fire these useless id--ts justifying their purpose by constantly laying off 10% of employees. Only an id--t would dream up and follow this strategy. Makes every employee think of the short term, juicing the KPIs year on year without adding any fundamental improvements. No wonder intel needs to import expert CEOs from other companies. HR should be commended for going with that sh---y decision.
