So the geniuses put out a "Q4 incentive plan" today (over halfway through the quarter) to try to get us to work through our vacation and holidays in order to meet milestones. Just another instance of poor planning and forgetting that they overload the holiday calendar at the end of the year instead of spreading out the days like everyone else so Surprise! milestones won't be met unless they convince everyone to work extra. And of course they wait until Thanksgiving eve eve to announce the program and structure it so poorly that only a few will be able to participate.
True to form, the program is only for select REVCOGS programs, so for the incentive to really be incentivizing it only applies to those who only work the chosen REVCOGS programs so that if you spend any time working any other programs those hours don't count and it will be difficult to achieve the bonus tiers. And if you don't work REVCOGS at all, sorry, no bonus for you.
Good job Honeywell management, you really know how to make a bonus program completely ineffective!
Then they aren't also figuring in that everyone who's planning to be fired because of the Vax mandate needs to use all of the vacation and holiday hours they can. Sorry, you'll need to up the bonus much higher if you're firing me Jan 4 I'm not giving up my vacation/holidays.
Q1 they are going to be in a world of hurt after they fire the unvaxxed and all of the people d-mb enough to work the incentive program take their deferred days off. But who cares about next quarter's milestones?
