When will they fix OPUS? Fix the scanners? Fix the crashes of the computers? Bad bad cust service; custs are mad, store managements shrugs there shoulders and just say thats the way it is! They "management" are scared to push things back up the ladder! Fiber address lookup tool is not correct, has been proven wrong, causes loss to fiber sales; and when creating new accounts the S&Summary isnt correct, shows customers bills are double whats quoted, but yet store managers do nothn! Sit in the back office behind closed doors playn there games, customers standing at front door nit been greeted and wait time high as ever but yet the ARSM puts these peeps in positions only to "YES" peoples to them. Dont have enough space to continue but more to come for the gulf states..

Remember that time Pam Parisian held the Tech Dev Oscars, and then everyone in Tech Dev was sold to IBM? You lost the teams that made Opus work.
Now you have to pay a whole lot more to keep it running, and you're broke. Serves you right. You should have kept Donovan, he knew how to run a tech company.
Old Ipads.... ones that dont work and charge and opus with scanners that dont work! We would gladly go back to desk top computers!
Just remember, a lot of people got bonuses and promotions over that Retail Mobilization project. It seemed so modern at the time to give reps an iPad so they could roam around the store instead of being stuck at the desk.
Give us the tools to do the job and results will show. Right now the pick axe and the shovel have no handle and we are digging holes with our hands. The operating systems and the tablets / scanners are pathetic. Customers are standing right in front of us and they can see the archaic the equipment that we use. Perception is reality. Using an Ipad to run an operating system that was designed to be ran on a desktop - kinda like riding that moped in d-mb & d-mber.
