@gyh+1dY4ApMy You are correct. eWHMS is required due to Ford working on Fed Government contracts. Doesn't matter if you are working directly on a Government contract or not, you must use eWHMS (at least that's true in my organization) as required by the Government. I'm guessing this will be true for the vaccine mandate. Not saying I agree with it, just trying to provide some insight into how this may play out.

I recall when EWHIMS was introduced it was a method for the government to track to track an employee's hours working on fuel economy projects. Any how I wander why an employee has to have the vaccination if we are to work from home?

Bill knows he can send all of the design work out of the US with just an email. He can’t do the same with production

And whoever is left will be told hourly aren’t federal contractors because they aren’t building things that are being designed now.

According to the HR lady that sends nasty emails all salary employees are working directly and indirectly on federal cobtracts. All uniom represented employees do not work on any federal contracts directly ir indirectly.

Funny how that works out.
