Everyone I talked to still getting month a year. “Going forward 2 weeks per year” is bull.
I was given 4 weeks per year for 9 years service just two weeks ago. Good outplacement and benefits bridging too. On to my next career chapter.
Packages are 2 weeks year going forward!! Still really good considering

Why are you asking about their package and department? You do know they have to sign a non disclosure before the package is released. Why would they risk talking about it to you. Especially if they haven't accepted yet it or are talking with a lawyer. They are only laying off a few of people every week so it would be easy for you to let management know and they could find out who it was.
