Kid has no school today yet I have to drive in to the office and spend my day collaborating with no one as I'm the only one on my team at this location. How does this make sense?

Apparently he won't fire 25% who won't go in.
Make a stand and refuse to go. You can say no. Cases are rising again and will continue to rise. Somehow Frank thinks it's ok to pack people in cube farms. He deserves to be fired for creating unsafe work conditions.
If only the employees could organize and collectively boycott a return to the office. I imagine if 90% of the workforce refused to the return to the office there is little Frank could do. He can't fire everyone!
It makes Frank's nether regions twitch in glee over controlling the people he considers to be beneath him, that's why.
