Just curious if anyone has been waiting for over 20 days for a determination on their Religious or Medical Exemption? I know for a fact that some were approved ASAP in some areas that desperately needed to retain staff. If anyone replies, it would be great if you can could indicate the department or general BU you have knowledge about getting approved (ie: DNA Professional Service, Marketing, etc.). Wondering if certain BUs/departments are being delayed while others are not, which could indicate what divisions may be on the chopping block for 2022.

Doesn't make sense because I know vaxxed people who got granted 100% WFH.
Even if the exemption goes through they will say you can't do your job if you can't either travel if wfr or be in an office. Unfortunately not sure the exemption will really help your cause. You have to be vaccinated to go into an office and you can't work from home indefinitely because you won't get vaccinated. It's a catch 22.
submitted my exemption and haven't heard back.
Everyone who has submitted a religious exemption and not heard back yet (or denied/otherwise threatened) should read this:

"Long term natural immunity isn't a thing. People can get reinfected with covid and can have worse outcomes than the first time around. "
The New England Journal of Medicine would disagree with you:

Turns out natural immunity is a spectacular way to reduce the severity of a potential round 2 of Covid.
But the New England Journal of Medicine.. they're 'cultists', right?
Like I've said before, people have a TV between their ears and suddenly think they are the surgeon fooking general.
ETG, submitted for religious exemption the first day I could and have only heard back that it is under review.
I put in my religious exemption the day the mandate email arrived. 5 days later I was told if I didn't relocate to a physical office I'd be let go by the end of the year - so ya, pretty sure they never even looked at my exception letter. Let's face it - "work from work" is a cover up.
Here's a list of vaccines with 100% efficacy:
Meaning that vaccines provide great protection but, if there is a lot disease in the community, they are not 100% and breakthrough infections are inevitable. It is critical to get everyone vaccinated so the amount of disease in the community can be reduced or eliminated.
Long term natural immunity isn't a thing. People can get reinfected with covid and can have worse outcomes than the first time around. You are playing with your life by believing in the long term durability of natural immunity. It's just the current thing that cultists have clung onto after hcq and horse pills.
Keep lying to yourself though about 'the jab' being poison, having microchips, or whatever nonsense you selfish ingrates believe. Society will be increasingly difficult for you.
@kwm+1dZJyxID Seriously? Shouldn't you be asking questions! If you are vaccinated, shouldn't you be okay being around unvaccinated people? I mean the vaccine works, doesn't it ? If i've had COVID why doesn't my natural immunity work better than the jab?
Some major questions I would be asking; but hey, keep drinking that Koolaide and hopefully you arn't dead in a few years from the experimental jabs. I mean it isn't like the companies are making billions off this!

I took the risk and was asked to return in July and I did so because I need and value my income...I don’t want unvaccinated people in the bldg period...which may explain why the Omaha 6855 Pacific bldg is practically empty. Associates are being told different things...some only have to be in ofc one or two days a week...mixed messages...not fair
I was told by HR that because my job was classified as work from the road, i needed the shot to keep my job.
I flat out told my HR i’m not getting vaccinated, I haven’t heard anything back, still waiting.
I filed for a religious exemption and was successful. The key is to claim that it is between you and God -- don't mention any denominations or any specific figures such as the pope, and they can't do jack about it.
Risk Analysis / Major Accounts.
It's been a long wait for me also for the Religious exemption.
My shaman has been stuck in quarantine.
Wait. They are actually going to let unvaccinated people in the office? LOL
I’m in BU accounting and still have not heard back
