Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Dont cry over wf

Fact is jobs dont give a _ about you. Coworkers really font give a _ about you. You are just another head in the office. SO DONT stress & cry for a company who would let you go in the blink of an eye if it doesnt benefit their financial gains. People give their heart to jobs just to be burned in the end. ALWAYS put you and your family first ALWAYS. You could have 10plus years with the company and guess who their giving the higher salary to. Yep thats right the new guy that just walked in straight from his 5 failed jobs. Always put yourself first jobs come and go. -unknown

When I saw don’t cry over wf, I thought they outsourced some jobs to Argentina!

You are at work 8-10 hours a day and then spend time with your family 3-5 hours a day at most. How is WF not your life exactly? Maybe you should talk to Chris Browne and he’ll explain how to relay information with the proof we have amongst many other proof. Lots of NDA signed all over lol.

No, everything I've ever done for WF is purely a job.

It doesn't enrich my life in any way other than offering me what has been determined to be "reasonable" compensation for being 100% perfect for them, without fail.

If WF is more than a job to you, your life is pathetic.

Wow you must be hated or you hate yourself to talk like that. I can tell you that regardless of your at work or on a sports team or with family if the people around you hate you because you think it’s just a “job” then you are doing something wrong.
Talk to Chris Browne he will tell you what’s up.

The question isn't "does my employer care about me?", the question is "do I care about myself?" Caring about yourself includes being the best version of yourself every day. Kant wasn't right about everything, but there's some truth to the categorical imperative. If you're not taking pride in your work and putting forth your best effort to realize your potential, you're not "sticking it to the man", you're sticking it to yourself (and possibly your peers/reports/customers). Be better.

You need to cancel your sign-on to this board, so that you stop getting notifications. All you bring to the table is negativity. You must be a miserable soul.

Thanks, Captain. None of that ever occurred to me before.
