Didn't you have another job lined up first before you quit, is that why you would go back to that toxic place? Never quit before finding a new job , even if you hate it stick it out until your sure .

It’s 90 days! Just try to reapply and it will let you know if enough time has passed. Also I would call the store and speak to the manager if you were a good employee I’m sure your manager would love to have you back. Good luck
