Too bad that there isn't SOME way to notify all or most of our clients to let them know how many people will be leaving the company due to this RTO mandate. Not that FB would change his tune but clients would at least given a heads-up that quality/support will not be what it once was!

I am not a RTO fan, but, for me, that crosses the line. Hopefully the handoffs go smoothly. I say this knowing there is not way to give a newbie years or hands on and tribal knowledge.
I've been preparing for this I have a list of clients , I have been logged each deconversion and the pia clients who complain so they will know just what's coming their way , I have clients and the contacts that complain or call a lot
Post on Glassdoor or Comparably. Frank cares about those.
And, how can we post on Wikipedia? Any ideas?
