After losing the shareholders vote, why don’t you just quit?
It’s clear you’ve lost their confidence as much as the support and trust of us, workers, the most valuable asset.
How long are you going to cling on?

What is the business use case for the robot dog? Will it ever leave the office or are we afraid it might get dirty if it does? How many engineers does it take to run the dog and could they just do the work?

Darren,
Did it hurt, when the shareholders voted against your recommendation and elected people to the board you didn’t want?
Did it hurt, when you spent millions of dollars and still lost?
Did it hurt, when your laconic, sad, and mo--nic face was in all newspapers as the poster child of a loser?

Do you think laying people off, cutting 401k match, and tuition reimbursement in favor of preserving the dividend, on shares of which you own almost 1M, is not a conflict of interest to you and the management team?

How many shares of XOM does Rex Tillerson own and receive dividends on? Do you feel it’s okay to continue providing those even in the midst of terrible relative company performance, much of it being his responsibility?

Do you still think spending $50M fighting the proxy vote was the right decision?

How does management continue to justify the existence of the Dallas campus when it’s clear to everyone else that the costs outweigh the (perceived) benefits?

Is the decision to be 100% office based going forward an intentional decision to create a work culture that people don’t want to be, so they will self select out and avoid further staffing reductions?

How do are you and the management team able to effectively understand the EM culture when you’re isolated in a bubble within a bubble? Do you even know what the true EM culture is like?

Did you sacrifice your trash cans and copy machines to save costs also, or were those only adjustments the rank and file had to make?

Why send us a survey on the assessment process that gives no option to voice our opinions?! A waste of time that was.

If you were assessed in the same process as the rest of us, what bucket do you think you would fall into and why?
