Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

They will do anything not to give a package

It’s amazing to me how Fiserv manages to find so many ways to get rid of employees without giving them packages.
My colleagues started looking for new jobs in panic, because they hoped to at least get the package when they are shown the door, but recently those hopes have been reduced almost to zero.

Who else has confidence that Fiserv will not get rid of you without a package?

@1tyj NOT TRUE! You will only get a package if your role was listed as transition required. Meaning your role has specialized knowledge that needs to be handed off. If your not listed, you can either relo or leave.

Please do not spread misinformation. If you decline to move you will get a package so long as you transition your duties and responsibilities.

When first data took over in 2019 I was told the early severances would be the best ones. That proved true. I grabbed one and haven’t looked back. Get what you can and don’t look back, your life will be better

I have been told they are using the relocation 'offers' to put the ball in the associate's courts. They say no, that's quitting. No package.

They will find more creative ways to swindle more money from employee's. especially as their stock continues to be dead money.
