Email just came out for Houston employees to be considered to attend the forum in person. The questions ask what group you work in and how long you’ve been with the company. Curating who can attend = no one from EMIT!

Come on this is not EMIT. Have you seen how HR collates data? I once had to go to them for some data, they can’t even give it to me in proper spreadsheet. Name formats all over the place, some entries are single line, some two or three lines, some numbers are in Col c, some in d… it looks like the kind of manual keying in prepared by someone low on data literacy, who treat excel as just a table for them to key in text. No wonder the attrition data for senior management lags by 4-6 months. It’s Oct now and they only know attrition from May. All the best tools that EMIT can provide can’t help our HR.
To be clear, BK does all the work in EMIT.

This can't be true. Surely they can automate this from a hr database...
OP+1dcTfECb If they are asking people to manually report their length of service and the organization they work in than this is a proof that neither EMIT nor the organization is using any modern day tools, tech, or integrations. I mean if everything is integrated technology wise then the email/form should automatically be able to identify the person's organization and their length of service and someone with a reporting access should be able to pull a report to see all the responses from all respondents.
No wonder then EMIT and the org. leaders are busy with the dog and pony show on LI as that's all they can show nothing else to show that is truly industry leading or cutting edge as they claim.
I thought it was notable that those selected will be alerted what the covid protocols are for the event. Surely they are to “exercise our best judgment and consider wearing a face covering” as with the rest of EMHC? We would never treat a management meeting different from our day to day work would we?
