You can’t have it both ways. If I have to work from the office full time, I am not going to work from home any longer. Trust me Guy, you’re losing about 10-15 hours a week on that deal

Same plan, except the people who are on call getting a whopping $30 to be on call and $50 for taking a call need to be at the ready. If they are commuting and get a call, clients wait and wait. Let us know how the clients like that idea Frankie and Guy. Clients #1, employees #1, can't have it both way "real men of genius" .
