We had a secret t-shirt at the Mobil merger. It was a Pegasus skeleton being mounted from behind by a tiger. We wore them under our dress shirts on the first day or the combined company.
Not a chance. Many XOM coworkers only care for themselves (like any other human being). Look at some post in this layoff forum. CSR/BTC crusader, millenial/boomer arguments, political, wishing for other site closures (R&D and expat employees), etc.
There is no chance we could have a impactful walkout when we are also at each other's throat
