I suppose management in Houston will be fine. I am wondering how to bring about changes in this company. Can we as employees do anything? I really struggle looking at the BS at the Board. Accountability? Seriously?

The management team has failed. But nobody can do anything. The CEO is also the Chairman of the Board. Shocked that it was allowed in corporate America.
Heck yeah!! Now your talking buddy! Let's get all the employees together and pool our money together and buy out these guys!! We can then conquer the world in oil & gas!! Count me in dude.
