Customer Town Hall this week

Am I the only one who thought that BP should have put on a coat and tie for a Customer Town Hall? If we have an attorney in a coat and tie giving us "feedback," shouldn't one of our top executives try to not look so sloppy?

Let’s make our points without the body shaming or any remarks about people’s looks.

He thinks he's a tech startup exec. Customers are lawyers and CPAs. You're not Jack Dorsey. Try to look the part.

There was another town hall a couple weeks ago and two of the VPs or whatever were in jeans and tennis shoes. I was...surprised by that.

What I noticed was the potatoe used for the webcam. It was super soft and looked horrible.

These execs need to learn how to frame a shot and spend a couple dollars on a better set up. It’s pathetic
