Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Fiserv is now Frankserv

I’m totally disgusted at how this new management team has zero regard for the people who helped build this company. Those salaries management gets are due to employees blood, sweat and tears. As if that’s not enough, add insult to injury, they really think people will pick up their lives (kids, spouse) in less than a week? People are being told to move or take a severance package - without having any details on what they include! This company has lost sight of what matters - its employees. And for those left behind? It’s heartbreaking because they’ll be stuck with all the work - because there’s still a hiring freeze! Frankserv will go down as the most hated company. Goodness knows there’s no pride left in me over this BS. F U Frank, the board, and those who didn’t have the ba--s to fight it. Lives are ruined. So when you look in the mirror, just remember, you are not the best you could be.

Client Services pulled out of a ditch that's funny. FB has cooked the books sure numbers are going down because service reps are being pressed to close cases after 10 days resolved or not.

Financial results are always better when you get rid of employee salaries with layoffs. If you believe associate engagement surveys - most would never say anything bad in a company survey - one never knows if they are really anonymous. You only say good things to get up the ladder.

Hey @gqh+1ddIin37, the grass IS greener on the other side.

Your fine company laid many of us off just as the COVID thing hit in Spring 2020. When they job market was going into the toilet.

But in the end, you did me a favor. I was always underpaid and working terrible hours(early Sunday installs at 2AM, constantly). I got a 15% raise and much better benefits. And 15 mos later, I'm on a 2nd interview next week for a position that pays in the 6 figures.

Enjoy being a slave to Frank.
