About to have a nervous breakdown? I'm a pretty calm person, but it's getting harder and harder for me to stay calm here. The main source of stress for me is the store manager who gives himself the right to constantly passively aggressively harass me, and lately he has even started making jokes at my expense and I have heard that. The worst part is that I don't even know if it will have any effect to complain about this person?

How many other people have filed a complaint? If just you and 1 other, you & the other are likely the problem---not the managers. If the complaints are widespread, corporate will not ignore them.
Its been said before...it is a racist place now.
Good grief! Leave that place! So many complaing...with good reason. Is it worth it? Is it worth having inexpensive health insurance....that is the ONLY plus. You will lose your other insurances also, but you can get that anywhere. You can roll your 401k over and BE DONE! It has become a very racist place from home office, ethics, management...down! It isn't worth sacrificing your health or your family for!
Yeah there all trained to act that way sick satanic company
within our club, our GM was reported to ethics and to the district manager. Harassment, racism and bullying. The end results was praise towards this GM. He is the go to manager for co-management training. His management consists of an all Hispanic female management team that has been trained to bully their team. His Leads are all females as well with the exception of 2. There are alot of tears with associates and Leads due to ongoing stress. I have learned after over 30 years to just do the simple basics as I was once a Lead during better times.
Sadly. It won't have any effect what so ever. You can take it to ethics but nothing will come of it. We have an AM who has had 2 investigations. Nothing. So good luck to you.
