That’s all we hear about in our org. You hire ppl who are qualified for the position and can be successful in the position. You don’t blindly hire ppl to satisfy a quota or for optics. Setting ppl up for failure is never ok, no matter their ethnicity or other designation. That’s what’s racist. All of my bosses are black. I am not. They all are excellent at their jobs. This is not the case company wide. Stop calling ppl racists instead of looking at things rationally and logically.
then there are people that think they are smart but only got a job because of nepotism . those days are over ja----s and now you have to compete at the same level with people of color. this only applies to those that believe in racist ideology.
It was all window dressing and pandering to make themselves appear like a company that cares. The truth is they hate all of us equally regardless of our race, ethnicity, etc. and hate the customers even more.

Be careful what you wish for. By definition a "racist" is anyone who thinks everything about people can be explained by reference to their race. If you think about it that pretty well describes woke.

Before I retired our we had a meeting with the PAC VP. I never gave so much as a cent but since they were trying to force a "donation" I asked for a verbatim of where my PAC money would go and they didn't want to provide it. I told him that he can provide the info or I'd request a copy from the FEC - I received a copy from the SBC PAC VP. They gave to Dems & Repubs - to cover all of their bases.
I chose NOT to "donate".
I think it's funny that they were d-mb enough to get caught but then again this is at&t who was d-mb enough to donate to TMobile, big high and sell low TW and DirecTV.
Like everything else they do, they start then drop the ball . THE COMPANY RUNS LIKE ITS ADHD! all over the place!
How else will t meet color/gender objectives who are not qualified beyond being janitor?
Promote 10 of these people, then cover their jobs with 1 WASP to do the work.
Then, t can procure government contracts as they are in govt edicts color goals.
Then there is T’s investment in OAN…
