Pre-pandemic…. Panorama just sounded lighter
OP relax, you are grandfathered in. It will not change now.
What do you mean, what Panorama?
It just means that you don't know where you're going yet.
Soon to be relocated is what that means
Our group in IT is mixed. Some are returning to office, others are remote.
The communication from on high is that there will be a specific amount of roles allowed full time remote, but it will be scrutinized regularly.
They're looking for any, and all, opportunities to force people back into the office.
It means you are remote for now, but that will be addressed in the upcoming Location Strategy implementation where you will he instructed to move.
It means they don’t have a location for you within 40 miles; there is no grandfathering
My entire team was hired as full time remote pre-panorama but we’ve been told we are included in RTO and given the physical address of the building; however, the site still shows us as remote. The reason we were given is that we are part of a later phase returning. They are focusing on those who had an office before to get them back in and then focusing on former remote. I am in WIM and we were told we were all getting assigned seats too so not sure how much of that factors in to it all.
