Just got off a call from my super. We're losing 20% of my team up on 10/27.

Relax everybody. Once all of the jobs leave the United States, we will become a 3rd world country and then all of the jobs will come back to us. It's just a big circle.
Is this a serious post? No way we can afford tech layoffs. Tech is a mess and years behind

Need deep deep cuts soon
I could tell earlier this year my manager knew a person on our team was getting let go a month before it happened, because for that last month he stopped making her do work.
Not saying they all know early, but he knew.
You have to love the failed Chase management approach they are continuing here. Keep cutting in an area that can’t operate now because all the short sighted cuts before has bit them in the fanny already.
I am so glad I left that tech sh-t show earlier this year.
@1ktm+1ddw7zFG my mgr told a couple of us about a month before 2 people on the team were let go last year. We had to get involved in their work so that nothing hit the dirt. Mgrs do know about a month before.
This site has officially hit rock bottom.
