I've been seeing articles online about anonymous salary google sheets being kept in various industries/companies. Does anyone know if someone runs one of those for Nike? It would be interesting to see where I stand compared to others here.

If I ever made a site that anonymously housed salaries, I think I would call it Glassdoor

Someone should start an anonymous Nike salary spreadsheet. Transparency can help correct the inconsistent salaries across Global Tech.
If Nike Inc is cutting the check, you can be sure you’re at the bottom of an even bigger spreadsheet. 50-60% of what big tech is offering, it’s an absolute joke

Ask your manager. Nike has transparency policy starting apx 2019 and you are allowed to know your salary range per band level. CC HR if need be. They won't share unless you ask
