Do you know how you can tell that WFT has cr---y managers? Because the only way they know how to manage is through fear. 'Let's keep everybody in line by constantly threatening them with losing their jobs (through firings or layoffs, it doesn't matter)' is the only thing they know how to do. And with management like that no wonder we are doing as badly as we are. Nobody even wants to talk to their managers because it’s a big waist of time.

Yes it’s not the same. Managers that make you feel like you can do nothing right. So they micromanage you because they need to make themselves look good.
I could never understand why Weatheford's ticker symbol is WFT instead of WTF, very illogical.
