Seriously? How do you stay focused? Everyday the narrative changes, goal posts are moved. People don’t know if they are coming or going.

Just keep telling ur boss you got covid symptoms and WFH. Forever.
Tone deaf management doesn't care about anyone. They just want to cut costs at anything possible. Low quality hires, offshoring, etc.
The company lost it's culture a decade ago.
Don't stay up late at night awaiting that email. Some execs do not want to appear wishy washy.
It’s mind boggling that BofA will not make any organizational announcements regarding RTO. They originally implied early in the summer that everyone would be back in office in Sept. Obviously and thankfully that didn’t materialize but no formal communication was given like other companies have done.
The lack of communication from the Bank is the most frustrating thing for me. They are just making matters worse by their silence and apparent insensitivity.
Honestly, I stopped watching TV.
No more news. No more YouTube junk.
I work, do my job well,, live in my community, and just enjoy life. News and television and all this woke media is poison.
Turn off your TV and get your news through your own eyes. Forget the goalposts; they are going to continue moving, but they are all just lies meant to gain your clicks and attention.
