Of all that is happening in this company, the worst is the rise of mediocrity. No one who is competent can stand the situation here for a long time. I know a person who left here after only two months upon realizing that his competencies would always put him in a worse position than someone who has no expertise. How many times have you had to put up with a colleague here who is less competent than you?

VSP saved the company a bunch of money early on, but the amount of talent that left is ki----g us. People here now have no clue how anything works, or how to get anything done. It’s the blind leading the blind.
We have incompetent "People Leaders" in our org. Promotions just because you are an LDP...well the lack of experience shows in their results.
