There is no shortage of talent. There is a shortage of job satisfaction and real benefits.
Unemployment is cut and folks aren't running back to work!
This is just an excuse to keep wages down and bring desperate folks from overseas so will take anything. They will also be at the mercy of the bank. Just complying and not complaining. Sounds familiar?

Life is pretty darn good. Be grateful for what you do have, quit focusing on what you don’t have.
Anyone can find 100s of reasons on why their job s#cks and how the media s#cks and how life s#cks. Or they can choose to focus on the positive aspects of life, to which their are many.
It’s all about choices. Turn off the d00m. Be grateful.
Consumption of doom and gloom stories led to anxiety and depression. When I stopped doom scrolling Reddit, I had a tangible shift in life satisfaction. Spend time with people I love, eat a good meal, watch a funny show, take a walk, and enjoy life in front of you.

Stop watching TV and YouTube. All of it is just toxic.
Not when joking, time to go outside and grill or have some fun. Media is poison.
