stay employed and keep looking. Dont quit without a job. It's harder to explain that.
Put in the bare min to get yourself out of trouble and keep chucking away at the market.
I've been doing the same. A few bites here and there, but im determined to get out.
I have 15 years in the group i'm in and i'm the last SME left in the team...will see what happens.
