Don’t forget to wear your college attire on Friday and check in at shade or sizzle as reminded by the /C on yammer, also note the refrigerator will be cleaned on Friday as well.

Back in the day when we rented offices these fun activities were normal (excluding Bell and Fanin). There’d be Halloween costume contests, holiday potlucks, decorations, etc. Then everything got so stale and boring when we moved to campus because of big visitors. Hughes Landing kept some of it alive…
Probably also a management ploy to make sure people are actually at the office on Friday’s, I’d assume they would does this in the afternoons as well.
@2srg. Maybe Executive Management will have employees play red light green light while they watch from a high in level vantage point. Losers are publicly handed pink slips for their amusement

Well in the Squid Game, they did give them meals in between rounds. Maybe HR watched that over the weekend and got the idea? The next thing you will see are brawls at the events though, so watch out.
Our HR is so smart, they definitely understand their workforce and their needs.
DW paid a consultant to instruct him how to run a business and reward employees. The consultant charged EM $10MM and showed DW the Hunger Games. DW thought it was an awesome way to reward the best employees, that is how we got the ranking system. Enjoy.

Look obviously I’d rather a raise or better schedule etc and we should be able to afford it, but I took this as at least a sign that they recognize something is wrong. It’s not enough but I appreciate they are at least trying something

Did everyone read to the bottom of the email? If not you missed the gladiator fights to be staged underneath the energy cube. CL27 vs CL 27 and so on. Serves the dual purpose of reducing headcount efficiently while providing entertainment for the masses. Come early for a good seat.

Seriously! Tone deaf doesn't even start to define it. They pit all of is against each other to see who will survive the next round of assessments or layoffs or BOTH. Then even the kindest people turn on each other and back stab, steal ideas and through the fellow employees to the lions to feast upon and they mo--nically think they can boost morale with childish cr-p like this!!! Unfortunately, some heartless, clueless mo--ns will partake so they can play the politics to hopefully gain a little more time of retaining an income. Get a clue!
