I think people should do what they want. if they don't want to wear a seat belt, do it. If they don't want to take vaccines in general, do it. If you think fairy dust solves your aliments, do it.
We need less stupid people in this world, science has been keeping these people around because folks have bail outs to keep this people alive. Tired of debating stupidity, just let them go walk in traffic if they think its "right for them".
Why are people okay with fast food or mass-produced meat? It, and many other terrible habits (working 14 hr days?) will ki-l your quicker than two shots of a vaccine…

This is how fake news works. They twist words.
If this data was presented and discussed at the FDA meeting, then I would think more people would take note of the study.

Look at pages 18-19. This data shows that only 20% of vaccinated people are catching the Delta variant and yet those 20% account for 70% of the Delta Deaths.
At this point, we can only guess at that since we don't know the true % of population that is actually vaccinated. Some accounts are estimating it as low as 35-40% whereas others are saying it's near 70%.
If we put a best guess at 55% of the population as vaccinationed, then we can say that 37.4M are vaccinated and 30.6M are not.
So vaccinated your chance of getting Delta is 0.22% UnVax your chance is 0.40%
If we extrapolate that to deaths, then: Vaccinated your chance of dying is 0.00077% UnVax your chance is 0.00054%
A difference of 0.00023% or 42.6% MORE people will die with the vax than without.
Sometimes rules have to be put in place to protect stupid people from themselves and others. Like the "contents are hot" label now needed on cups of coffee, don't drive with windshield sun shade in place, and other charmers.
Looks like we are too late. According to my vaccination records them SOBs have been requiring vaccination at public schools and to serve in the military since the first vaccine was available.
