Actually submitted a COVID Vaccine religious exemption to HR

Has anyone actually submitted a religious exemption regarding COVID vaccination to HW HR? Has it been approved? Have you kept your job? Any pressure from HR or issues?

Delta Airlines yesterday said fu-k Biden's mandate, they are federal contractor too, but they know the mandate has no teeth.

Dear Woo Woos, good luck with your Woo woo exemptions.
Those of us who don't favor make-believe are already vaccinated.
The Devil made me write that.

The actual religious exemption form looks like it was scanned, faxed and written by a 2 year old. Letters are missing, but they have a line for their HR attorney to sign. Hate the company, soak them for all they are worth and run like bleep to a better employer, one that allows employee autonomy with their own health.

Were the long term vaccine effects studied prior to release for smallpox? Polio? Measles? Flu? Rubella? Yes. Were the vaccine makers held responsible for adverse effects? Yes. Two things you can't say about the current vaccine....

I have been submitting religious exemptions for the past 15 years for my wife and kids. I have done this for Schools, Universities, Travel and as a medical worker spouse. There have always been about 5-7% of the workforce which use this exemption, in some areas on the west coast, they are as high as 50%. Almost every year there is a new requirement introduced by the government (physician counseling, asking for a letter from a priest, asking for name of the religion etc., changing the form etc.). However the exemption has stood the test of time and courts have ruled several times against imposing requirements on Religion. As it stands, this exemption is available to all, even those who never prayed for a day and even atheists. Even in California (which on paper does not allow religious exemptions) its possible to get a waiver.
This does not mean HR will not act cranky. Karen is famous for sending out threats and ultimatums. There will be sudden denials and paperwork requirements. There will also be the customary nonsense about requiring testing and face coverings for those with an exemption. I have seen previously, these requirements are forgotten after a few months. Those of us who have patiently battled out with this exemption for several decades will continue to prevail as we always have.
The good news is that organizations are VERY reluctant to disclose % of exemptions. In one of the school districts in my state with a 50% exemption rate, reported 99% vaccine compliance. HON will do the same as they want to look good to the media
I am glad COVID has woken so many of my countrymen into looking at this exemption seriously.

In case of united, unvaccinated employees who were put on unpaid leave were those who had to travel to other countries needing a vaccine. No such requirement exists for most HON jobs. HR can make a lot of fuss, but anyone who wants a religious exemption should be able to get one

Yesterday a federal judge put a stay on the United refusal. Same for health care workers in NY.

Keep in mind a religious exemption only grants you reasonable accommodation. United Airlines put everyone who requested on indefinite unpaid leave, and the courts have generally held that option as valid. They could also require maks and testing weekly at employees expense.

Did you file an exemption for smallpox? Polio? Measles? Flu? Rubella? Whooping cough? Pneumonia? Shingles?

Why not? Did you believe THAT science or did you suddenly find religion?

Just wow.

That has got to be the most rambling, uninformed, error-packed anti-vax post that I have ever seen.

But go with it if it works for you.

Getting a vaccination can be a religious experience. Consider

  1. Mark 7:15
  2. Galatians 6:2
  3. Philippians 2:4

700,000 deaths from covid and unvaxed? LMAO.
Annually > 3 millions Americans died from cancer, heart attack, Chronic lower respiratory diseases, strokes, ect... Now those buckets are disappearing or lower and covid death bucket all of the sudden gets higher. Were those people going to die anyway covid or not? Even my 5th grader boy raised suspicion.
Even the CDC admits they don't know how long covid vaccine last (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/faq.html#:~:text=It's%20not%20yet%20known%20how,completing%20their%20initial%20vaccination%20series.), but they denied natural immunity which is known to last for at least some time up to 5 years in flu (covid is another form of flu). You must be so blind by outrageous fear to not raise suspicious about the real reason behind vaccine push
Years of failed study of covid vaccine on animals, 2 important things they still don't know: 1) whether it works (according to the CDC, but CNN always tells you it does work) and 2) whether it's safe (zero data on long term effect). But now they are making big buck on the fishy vaccines plus free study on human with indemnity. Wow! They are the real smart wolfs and you vaccinated sheep in the end are still stupid sheep.

I suggest anyone who is filing a religious exemption hire an attorney to assist you. I’ll be lawyering up. It is no one's business to inquire into the depth of your religion. Religion is personal and private.

Why file for an religious exemption, is it the old stem cell excuse ?

You probably depending on your age, already had some form of vaccination derived from the 1960’ s period stem lines

religion is not an excuse

Don’t reply to this thread with your application status. You will get marked as a potential layoff dot com rumor spreader and get canned.
