Could not help noticing Weatherford stock going up. They were supposed to be bankrupt. But NOV stock is in the doldrums! Something is seriously wrong here. Is the Board blind?

Friend went there and says the difference is that when they went chapter 11, the people that came in to restructure had a job to do to realign everything, so it was forced on all areas to work as one and align. Said there is a feeling of all areas and product lines working together to approach the market as one, whereas NOV is just silos and separated and no incentive to work together across segments, BU´s etc.
Nabors Drilling as well.
Been going thru the roof.
