Why? the Vaxxed are the asymptomatic transmitters. This "vaccine" does not prevent contraction or transmission, look at the CDC website. When they asked the vaxxed to mask up, it was not to protect the vaxxed from the unvaxxed, it was to limit the spread from the vaxxed. As usual big pharma created something that masks the symptoms and does not treat the disease.

This is a really good question. I haven't read any of the other comments yet.

I would use the CDC county level covid tracker. They sent a link to us a while back in an email when HW required masks again this summer for everyone.

The last CDC guidance that I've read, and what the HW said, was that vaxxed individuals do not need masks indoors if their county is moderate (yellow) or less.

So I think the answer is when your county if yellow or under that, no masks. So that potentially could happen before Dec 9th, and I hope we can get it down far below that before the holidays hit.

Now I'm going to check the comments. There is no vaccine for that.

When they fire the unvaccinated and people who do not have exemptions. You won’t be required to wear a mask. My guess is there going to be like CIGNA. We never received your paperwork, we need additional information, and your paperwork was miss placed.

Thus, missing the November 1 deadline. Which will result in your claim not being processed until after December 8. In other words you will be put on unpaid leave. Starting December 9 until they can review your information. God only knows how long this will take.

My guess some of you guys will be denied. Then they will put you on a 15 day unpaid leave. Until you comply and if you don’t. You’ll be let go. Did you guys forget the Thanksgiving is coming up. Which will take one week away from this process.

I think these big companies are clever. How long did they all have this information and did not release it. President spoke sometime in September. We finally got the information. However, there’s a pretty good chance you won’t have your information reviewed for exemptions. Before December 8 deadline, which will result in unpaid leave.

By the way there’s not gonna be any extensions. I can’t wait until after December 9. We won’t be short staffed. Because the company will start implementing unpaid leave. Some of you guys will just be fired for not complying. However, there is some good news. You get to work all the overtime you ever wanted. Your addiction of overtime will be fulfilled.

It should be personal freedom to wear a mask or not, vax or not. To demand otherwise is authoritarian. People wouldn’t buck nearly as hard if they odors would have approached it with a “we recommend strongly”. It’s being forced to disclose medical conditions and or religious beliefs that have me completely outraged

I have not worn one this year for the 15 days I was in the office. I believe that's the plan, masks will be off everywhere, although HON may try to harass those who seek an exemption to the vaccination

They will continue to follow CDC guidance which is in substantial and high transmission counties vaccinated are recommended to wear masks.
