Literally froze hiring for all of the company for months, and then dropped 1 person off of every team in the company while announcing the benefits of the new move to New Jersey and the "2000+" jobs it's creating there. Guess where those jobs came from, and aren't replacing. Pretty much all talk of getting additional help on the lower levels are gone now.

An organization is supposed to look like a tree.
A small narrow trunk of workers. Then a large leafy area of executives. All the best companies have that structure.
