This company is not doing anything to keep the best people. None of the colleagues I talk to about it believe the situation will be any better next year.
Is there really no more room for optimism in this company? No one seems to have high hopes anymore and everyone is just thinking about how to get out of here.

The ‘optimism’ has been in a syringe since January. But for some inexplicable reason, there has been more deaths in 2021 with a vax (and it’s still October) then there has been in all of 2020.

The grass isn’t always greener. I can’t tell you how many people that took the VSP that tried to come back. It’s not your job…. It’s Verizon’s job and you work for them. Learn things, get promoted, learn more things, leave the company. It’s a machine. Learn to play the game.
