BM and his leadership team are gaslighting us about RTO. They are being dishonest, manipulative, and deceiving with false narratives and fake propaganda.
There really needs to be a rule on this board about posts showing Cathy Bessant. Just seeing that woman makes my blood boil. She was unqualified to lead anything, let alone all of GT&O.
It’s truly sad to me that employee safety is not the main focus. They keep saying how safe the offices are yet there are outbreaks and people dying just in the past month since back to office. These employees were vaccinated! They were told they were safe yet they are still sitting in the same old seating arrangement close to each other and using the same printers bathrooms etc.. Nothing really was done to ensure safety other than out a can of cleaner wipes and masks on your desk. Seriously. Is your life worth going in the building to do a job that can be done remotely? This pandemic is not over. The bank is pushing RTO too hard for the current conditions. They are trying to push people to quit. With the amount of time most have invested and age of some employees they are saying either give up your livelihood or risk your life in our office.

One thing I notice is that for one to go up the BoA corporate ladder, you must be great at gaslighting. And gaslight they will even in ther personal and family life. Yes they may seem "successful" but they are living an empty and shallow lives. Without the shiny materials things they surround themselves, they'll shrivel to a tiny spineless little worm.
