The only religion that says you don't need the vax is. Pastafrarian. Good luck with your exemptions. They are few and far between.
VZ will try to make accommodations for those claiming religious exemptions. Reasonable accommodations including placing those individuals on unpaid leave.

It would not exist if not for this reason.
I think the company could easily let all the nonvax claim religious exempt. Works out in Vz favor. No legal cost to fight federal mandate. No cost of termination replacement. Basically bau till this blows over

Finding actual religions who have opposition to vaccines as a recognized platform. Islam, Christian Scientists, and Dutch Reformed are the only ones that have it specifically in their platforms. I doubt any personal opinion will be used. It will especially be difficult for the average Joe to claim it if they are a Catholic, Baptist, or other mainstream religion as their parent bodies have made statements supporting it.
