I put in for exemption over two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything? Anyone get approval? If so, what are the new requirements for the exemption?

I didn't get approval
What am I gonna do if they discover my exemption is fake? I don't wanna be fired.
I asked HR directly about it and the gist of it is this:
They have not started responding to bargained for accommodation requests as of 10/18/2021 and are still finalizing the management requests. They expect to begin sending out notifications to supervisors of non-mgmt to discuss accommodation options beginning in November.
As for the Texas Executive Order GA-40, they stated the exceptions are already in compliance with this order via Medical, Religious and now personal conscience attestations. I currently do not see the " personal conscience " as a choice when choosing what category to submit a Vaccination Accommodation, but will assume the statement can be included in one of the two existing categories. ( Medical or Religious )
They also stated they are not waiting on denials. They are reviewing the requests and the denials are already being sent out if the request does not meet the minimum requirements for an accommodation.
The way I read the latter, you'll need to submit a request through the system to be considered for an accommodation vs expecting the Texas Executive Order to automatically cover you. ( Assuming you work / live in Texas )
JA is kicking ultimate decision to direct supervisors (at least that’s my take). People who were full time virtual before C19 craziness seem to be almost automatic since no need to go into any AT&T facilities for “non public” events. All are only good for 6 mos, even religious. Pretty interesting how the vaccine worshippers continue to push to remove individual body autonomy but also complain about women’s choice. As a woman, it’s asinine. Either you believe in body autonomy choice or not.
Myself and at least three others ( non mgmt ) put in for it the day the notice went live. Haven't heard anything yet.
Curious what AT&T's plans are with Texas banning mandates.
Of the mgmt I know, all who have applied were approved.

Here’s a question. Will att require proof of all vaccinations to remain employed? You may argue, well, you have to have certain vaccines to go to school. But what if you were home schooled? Shouldn’t att be asking for proof of the polio vaccine, or chicken pox vaccine as well. After all, they care so mush for your well-being. Why not require proof of every vaccine? Because this is just a dog and pony show.
Remember years ago you were required to have a background check for the Jessica lundsford act so that you could enter a public school. It was required to be renewed every year. They laid off employees who fail the check but do not maintain an up to date compliance with the law. This stupid vaccine requirement will soon fade away.
I am non bargained...everyone I heard of that submitted accommodation request was approved. Can't go into an office or to any company function...which most of the folks I know have not been to in years anyway. Non issue.
Good question. What are the accommodations? Do you have to wear two masks? Lol

Yes, I was approved. Took 3 weeks for JA to approve and then 1 more for my super to “approve “ accommodation. One of my friends was approved in a week.
I'm management..not sure that matters. But 4 people in my work group, and 2 others I know of, (one a director) all received their job accommodations. Took about 3 weeks. They are good for 6 months. Then I guess they have to be requested again?
