Medical Exemption

Has anyone with a legitimate underlying health condition found that their doctor has become hesitant or outright resistant to signing the C19 medical exception form out of fear of reprisal from their Medical Board or their employer? I have read a couple of articles mentioning this trend. Wondering if anyone has experienced this or if it is another load of BS.

I hear it is much better to seek a religious exemption, as some companies are making employees renew MEs yearly.

It's true. An employee I work with has a heart condition. His doctor would not fill out his medical exemption. Told him just get the vax.

@aul, me an id--t? I'll break it down Barney Style for you and the other mo--ns. If you had a monoclonal antibody treatment if you were exposed to Covid; like I was...at Honeywell by the way...you must wait 90 days before a vaccination. That requires a medical exception. My doctor is afraid of lawsuits. Goes to show that hypocrisy is rampant. Some people are afraid to take the waxxine but are told the benefits outweigh the risk; but it's ok for those who took the Hippocratic Oath to not renounce self interest due to potential lawsuits. Go peddle your stupidity and hate somewhere else.

El Busardo, it is different. And if you can't know why then you should take a critical thinking class.

What about the 4-6 immunization shots the kids need to get before going to school? Oh wait that’s different though right? Bunch of chuckleheads.

@khm

Maybe because a sprained ankle is “real”.

Vs. hey, “Would you please you use your 8 years of post secondary education and professional medical recognition via the AMA to sign my immunization exemption form.?”

Your doctor now knows you are an I..iot.

The “medical exemption card” is a lot like showing up at the bar with a fake id when you are 16 years old.

Good luck. Lawyer up!!!

Just report a reaction. Difficulty breathing and hives is good enough.

I talked with my doctor about it. She said that the majority of medical exemptions allowed to be approved were for patients with proven histories of allergic reactions to components of the vaccine. Also stated was she has not seen anyone that met this condition yet.

She also said that a very small percentage of people with an underlying condition that may make a Covid vaccine problematic would be reviewed on a case by case basis.

As was stated in an earlier post, medical professionals aren't going to provide exemptions unless they are truly required for medical issues.

The Covid brown.shirts are trying desperately to silence any dissent. The mRNA jab mandates looks to be their Reichstag moment.

Doctors don’t want to be a participant in misuse of the exemption. There are legitimate exemptions. Many appear to be trying to abuse the exemption.

Mine won't sign it even though it's a temporary condition. It's funny though they can sign a "Doctors Excuse" for a sprained ankle or for something else.
