The jab mandate is it a law

Yes I know enough with this jab cr-p. But here is a good questions is the jab mandate even a law or in the books passed by the house. So are the corporations just going by what the not President said on TV to mandate it if so how is this legal if not written down and going by hear say? Seems kind of fishy. Wonder if we can bring this up to Honeywell HR since they only.for for them and not the employees anymore.

A mandate is not a law. It violates the U.S. Constitution, Nuremberg codes. The experimental dr-g(vax) is not approved by CDC,WHO,NIH etc. Great Britain and other countries have banned these experimental dr-gs. Plenty of class action law suits coming including against Honeywell.

Remember when you were cheering for the companies that refused to serve g-y people? Its their choice right? They have the freedom to just shop somewhere else right?

Well guess what. Honeywell does not want you to work here if you're an anti-vaxxer. They've made that abundantly clear. Termination in December, right before Christmas. No 401k match. Pretty brutal, but a very clear message. They could've taken a different route, but they did not.

So now you're at the other end of it, and you're whining about it. Grow a pair. Either take the jab or leave. Its that simple. But stop whining, its pathetic.

I hear that the "mandate" isn't even an Executive Order yet. OSHA is trying to find a way to do it, but initially said it wasn't within their powers. Many lawsuits are ready to be filed as soon as there is something in writing that they can go against. If you haven't joined Telegram, I highly recommend it. Here is a link to a Raytheon channel for Medical freedom. This is a great channel for information sharing about the mandate, exceptions, lawsuits and other helpful info for Government contractors.

I don’t see this mandate going anywhere, a tidal wave of lawsuits, protests and other hurdles will stop this id--tic display of overreach.

Look, you can’t force this on individuals, it is fundamentally against what America stands for, and this sets a dangerous precedent for whatever can be forced next time.

No it’s not a law but if companies want government contracts they have to comply with it. Think of it this way. 40,000,000.00 contract with The US. Or by gosh a technician doesn’t want to get the vaccine. Guess which way the company goes. Simple you have the right to do Anything you want but so does Honeywell and in a Republican State the The Law is Employment at Will. Which the Republicans support, there is no contract that they have to keep you employed because you don’t want to follow their rules.

All the major corporations have been lobbying _hard_ for this mandate. The want us to get back to work, reach herd immunity etc. The current situation is hurting their bottom line.

And as the previous poster said, they don't want to pay for hospital bills for your unvaxxed fat as--s.

A better solution might be to just make you sign a waiver that the company will not pay any COVID related expenses, and let you remain unvaxxed.

A mandate is used in place of law and can be enforced. Mandates are usually just for short term, unless deemed necessary to become permanent as a law. Honeywell and all other government/military contractors must abide or will be fined. If they do not comply, eventually they will be shutdown.
