Groups spared 8% PIP

I under there were some groups such as Global Projects which were not required to PIP 8%. Will they be granted the same relief for the next several years while other groups are not? Any other groups like this? Sounds like a better group to work in than mine which is doing the 8%.

I wonder what has to be done to get spared. My group lost 2 folks to PIP even though we were short 3 folks already that left to other companies. I felt they won’t touch us but oh well.

It was Guyana Projects in GP that was 3% and not 8% due to the focus on duh Guyana.

@qst+1dlAGxAe Chemicals had nearly no layoffs but did do the 8% PIP, that’s probably as low as it gets

Are there any groups that had low layoff and low PIP ?

GP was probably spared because they lost something like 20-30% involuntary on top of the 8% PIP in 2020

OP is right. Some groups have been spared 8% but it’s per exception, one time request

@buc+1dlAGxAe Not trolling. I was told GP was spared but obviously rumor mill isn’t always right. If not GP then who? Was anyone spared?

Clearly a troll post here. GP was hit the hardest last year and there’s no way they could absorb another 8%
