It’s definitely not the worst department in GOT but not sure that’s saying much lol there are some good directors and some bad ones, sr director is ok… I’d definitely recommend it over parallel orgs like MPO. NA is kind of a sh**t show in general though - I used to feel unproductive when I first moved to global from NA and now I’m just so relieved
